Angelica, a proud Mexicana, mother of four, and member of Latinas in Beauty, ensures every formula reflects her background in lab work and production. She brings scientific expertise and authenticity to each product, making sure Haetsia delivers quality, care, and results that truly represent every woman.
Antoine with his French-Vietnamese heritage carries forward his father’s legacy of resilience and innovation. Today, he leads Haetsia with a commitment to clean science and heritage-inspired ingredients, turning that vision into haircare that restores strength, shine, and confidence.

For Antoine, Haetsia carries his father’s unfinished dream. After the Vietnam War, his father — of Vietnamese and French heritage — was forced to flee his homeland, leaving behind the natural haircare formulas he had started creating. Though he never saw his vision come to life, his passion and persistence shaped Antoine deeply. With Haetsia, Antoine transforms that legacy into clean, premium haircare for a new generation.
For Angelica, the journey began with frustration.
