Shipping policy
Shipping Methods and Rates
We currently ship only within the United States. All orders are fulfilled from our warehouse in Murrieta, California. Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of the order and the selected shipping method:
Standard Shipping (3–4 business days)
• Orders over $69.00 or local delivery within 10 miles of our Murrieta Warehouse: Free shipping
• Orders 0–$68.99: $4.99 shipping.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you have any questions regarding your shipment or need assistance with tracking your order, please contact us at order@haetsia.com.
Damages, Lost, or Stolen Packages
Please inspect your package upon receipt and contact us at order@haetsia.com immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you believe your package has been lost or stolen.
• Damaged packages: Send us photos of the damaged packaging and products within 5 days of delivery for assistance.
• Lost or stolen packages:
• If the tracking status shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, check around your property or with neighbors first.
• If you’re unable to locate it, contact us for further assistance. While we will do our best to help, Haetsia is not responsible for lost or stolen packages unless you have purchased shipping insurance.
Restrictions
We do not ship internationally at this time. Shipping is only available within the United States (50 of 62 states). We currently do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
