Return and Refund Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Can I return my order?

Any unopened and unused product can be returned within 14 days of receiving your product; however, please note that shipping charges will apply. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be issued for the full amount paid, minus the shipping charges and any Route Protection fees.

Please be aware that we are unable to accept returns of any used products, as they cannot be resold. If you’re a new customer, we recommend starting with our Trial Size Shampoos + Conditioners.

Exchanges

We are unable to make exchanges, as we cannot resell any used products.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original, sealed packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the issue and correct it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please contact us if you have questions about specific items.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and inform you if the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at order@haetsia.com.
